My question concerning the projected dates is first, is there an effort to define power generated by a natural gas fuel cell as carbon free to encourage further research and investment and what is the current Admin planning to do to increase the capacity of the US natural gas storage and distribution system to meet anticipated increased demand.

<!-- @page { margin: 0.79in } TD P { margin-bottom: 0in } P { margin-bottom: 0.08in } -->
What is the process for requesting hydrogen car appearances. I have talked to two car companies about demos in my area. Neither could tell me how to get on the list. IMHO: The Loudoun County VA community would support hydrogen cars if they were introduced to them. The bigger question is will the automakers support local people trying to make the case for early investment in hydrogen infrastructure?
Thank you,
Zachary Alexander
