<description>As an advocate of Fuel Cells for over 40 years, I still find that the general public does not know much, if anything, about Fuel Cells today then they did 40 years ago. The Fuel Cell companies have done a poor PR job. The public appears to be well aware of the rechargeable battery EV but not the Fuel Cell EV. This to the point that people are being sucked in to invest in the fly-by-night battery operated EVcompanies. A hundred years ago the battery operated autos proved to be impractical (except in some extreme cases). Today, a hundred years later with all the new technology, the battery operated auto is still impractical. Rechargeable batteries have too many shortcomings for large scale use. For small applications, fine. Even the battery operated fork lift and other associated battery operated plant equipment are giving way to Fuel Cells. I suggest that all the Fuel Cell companies pool their resources and have a world-wide PR Fuel Cell project so an informed public can get on the Fuel Cell bandwagon. Now is the time to do something "OUT OF THE BOX."</description>
