Welcome!
Welcome to the Fuel Cell Insider, a new weblog devoted to fuel cells and their fuels. Like most blogs it is a place for information and for self expression. Rather than simply reprinting press releases, we will be posting our own opinions and analyses and recruiting posts from experts in the field. The purpose is not only to inform, but to engage, and ultimately to contribute to the global debate on energy policy for this century and the next. We will succeed only with your help, so please speak your mind in our comments sections.

After more than 5 years of the sub.of Fuel Cells 2000 it’s exciting to see the advance of the science from the early days. In spite of the lack of encouragement from the current administration, FC’s are becoming a marketing force.
I am not a scientist or engineer but I have always believed that there was something more to take civilization beyond the ordinary daily mechanics. When I was very young I followed the adventures of “Buck Rogers in the 25th Century” I think that the advance of FC’s are going to get us into a future that you can only imagine.

Dear Sir,
As a common citizen, living in a country like India, I see a great future and promise for better environment, devolopement opportunities by adopting fuel cell based energy resources. As an example, mass transport systems, rural electrification schemes, indipendent power sources for commertial applications and also for residential purposes can be accomplished at fraction of a cost in future. tgis wil largely reduce our dependence on fossil fules. funds so saved can be utilised for education, health services for a country like mine.
